• 5+ years of experience in project management within SaaS, cybersecurity, insurtech, or enterprise software environments
• Proven experience working directly with customers, including non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), capable of representing the project in meetings and presentations
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working in fast-paced, distributed, and international teams

• Experience in cyber insurance, risk modeling, or security SaaS
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Notion, or Monday.com
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications

• Lead the execution of internal and customer-facing projects, from requirements gathering through delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, data science, and client success teams
• Define and maintain project timelines, scope, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation (timelines, specs, risk logs, etc.)
• Coordinate with customers to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide weekly status reports to stakeholders
• Participate in customer meetings to represent the technical team and communicate effectively in fluent English
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable releases
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project delivery framework
