A leading technology group is seeking a visionary Software/System Architect to build a state-of-the-art Dispatch Platform that redefines intelligent scheduling, routing, and operational tracking across the USA. Collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders, clients, and top-tier engineers to define and achieve ambitious technological goals.
Design cutting-edge solutions that follow best practices in software engineering, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
Evaluate and select the latest technologies and frameworks to meet evolving requirements and maintain technological leadership.
Provide expert architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Continuously monitor and enhance performance, quality, and security, addressing scalability, cost-efficiency, integrity, and compliance.

🛠 Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and engineers to gather and define requirements and objectives.
Create and present architectural designs that challenge conventional boundaries.
Ensure alignment with software engineering principles and standards, including SOLID, DDD, BDD, TDD, and integration/testing patterns.
Select and assess technologies and frameworks based on project needs.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, specifications, and manuals.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Monitor and troubleshoot architectural performance, quality, and security.
Stay current with emerging trends in architecture and software engineering, integrating new insights into the platform.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, or related field; Master's is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (OOD and OOP).
4-5 years of experience as a solution/software/system architect.
Proven experience with cloud-based software deployment and management; Azure experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with technologies such as PowerBI, Kubernetes, React, Node.js, Java, and Redis.
Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Oracle.
Proficiency in web client stacks and SPA patterns.
Fluent English & strong presentation skills.
