We're a fast-growing creative startup that partners with leading mobile-gaming companies to produce high-performing marketing assets. To keep scaling, we're hiring a Creative Tech Product Lead to own the roadmap for our video-ad tooling, manage a small cross-disciplinary team, and keep our ad-production pipeline running smoothly. You will guide both product strategy and day-to-day operations for our internal Unity and product teams-ensuring every new mobile game is onboarded with the right toolset, timelines stay on track, and creative teams get the features they need to boost ad performance.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and PRDs for our Unity-based creative tools, approving development plans and ensuring they meet strategic and artistic goals.
Define and refine end-to-end workflows for new and existing games, translating creative strategy into clear tool and process requirements.
Lead Tech Artists, Asset Manager and guide the engineering team lead: set priorities, assign tasks, clear blockers, and track milestones.
Partner with Creative, Operations, and Customer Success teams to turn performance insights into actionable tasks and efficiency gains.
Introduce AI-driven and automated solutions that accelerate production and improve quality.
Run kickoff and retrospective sessions to capture learnings, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and evolve a best-practice playbook for naming conventions, asset pipelines, and technical workflows.
Lead product an development related projects, defining and enforcing the infrastructure processes that ensure delivery excellence.
