**Location requirements:**You'll be required to work out of the office 3 days a week.**The Incident Intelligence group drives BigPanda's core event processing, enrichment, and correlation capabilities, handling millions of daily events across a robust, high-throughput cloud infrastructure.Our team is pioneering the development of AI-driven agents to transform how NOC operators monitor and manage complex systems. By combining cutting-edge AI with high-scale data processing, we're enabling smarter, faster, and more autonomous incident response.We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer with strong backend and frontend expertise (50/50 split) to help us build the next generation of AI features, including our intelligent agents. You'll be instrumental in shaping user-facing workflows and backend services that power real-time, context-aware incident management.What Will You Do

Design and implement fullstack features focused on AI-driven automation and agent capabilities
Develop backend services in Node.js, including APIs, workflows, and data pipelines

Build intuitive, performant user interfaces using React and our design system

Collaborate with data and AI engineers to integrate LLMs and automation into the incident lifecycle
Maintain and improve our frontend infrastructure and component library
Work closely with product and UX teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

What Skills And Experience You Will Bring To BigPanda

4+ years of experience as a software engineer
3+ years of experience in Node.js for production-ready distributed systems
3+ years of experience developing web applications in React/Angular/Vue (preferably React)
A vast experience leading projects from system design to production availability
Experience with the technology selection process, and ability to introduce and utilize progressed technologies
Experience with proactively introducing new initiatives and leading them to success
A true team player
