- Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales.
- Take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company by driving focus and speed to ship products people need and love.
- Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify the biggest opportunities and ensure your team works on the most impactful initiatives.
- Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, and surveys, alongside quantitative data analysis and A/B tests.
- Understand the market and competition, championing our users to craft product strategies that drive long-term success.
- Motivate and inspire a group of highly talented and passionate individuals.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products, preferably in platform domains.
- Experience designing and building complex, scalable, API-first products, preferably.
- Technical background or strong technical understanding is a significant advantage.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering and other technology teams to build and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business goals, supported by business cases, market research, customer data, and competitive analysis.
- Strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial qualities — self-driven, comfortable making decisions without consensus, and able to motivate and lead teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain product decisions and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Previous experience leading SaaS products or consumer products is an advantage.
