We are representing a premier organization operating in the finance and real estate industries, currently searching for a talented Senior Financial Controller to become part of their expanding team. This position presents a unique chance to collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer in a vibrant, rapidly evolving workplace while playing an integral role in strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and driving the organization's ongoing expansion.Key Responsibilities

Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to the CFO with precision and timeliness
Support the CFO in preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and board members
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of all financial transactions
Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory reporting obligations, including tax filings
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines
Conduct due diligence activities as required
Partner with various departments to deliver financial insights that drive informed business decisions
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and regulatory reporting

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience highly valued
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
At least 2 years of experience in a large corporation, ideally within finance or real estate industries
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Big Four accounting firm experience preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Israel
