We are representing a premier organization operating in the finance and real estate industries, currently searching for a talented Senior Financial Controller to become part of their expanding team. This position presents a unique chance to collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer in a vibrant, rapidly evolving workplace while playing an integral role in strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and driving the organization's ongoing expansion.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to the CFO with precision and timeliness
  • Support the CFO in preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and board members
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of all financial transactions
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory reporting obligations, including tax filings
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines
  • Conduct due diligence activities as required
  • Partner with various departments to deliver financial insights that drive informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and regulatory reporting
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience highly valued
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a large corporation, ideally within finance or real estate industries
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Big Four accounting firm experience preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Israel
