- Lead global infrastructure operations including servers, networks, end-user computing, and data center/cloud environments.
- Ensure system security, compliance with global security standards, patching, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
- Drive innovation by introducing new technologies, setting up pilots and labs, and leading infrastructure upgrades and rollouts worldwide.
- Oversee IT service delivery, managing Helpdesk and System teams, ensuring high responsiveness and a customer-first mindset across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, hardware/software lifecycle (EOL), and infrastructure budgets.
- Provide global leadership in critical events, ensuring business continuity and clear communication with executives and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure leadership roles within global organizations.
- Proven track record managing both operational IT (helpdesk, system admins) and strategic initiatives (global rollouts, infrastructure transformation).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices in infrastructure environments.
- Excellent decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong project management capabilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
