Our mission is to create a future with cleaner air and efficient transportation by providing seamless, cable-free charging.Elssway develops and deploys wireless power transmission solutions for charging station operators and electric mobility fleets, including e-scooters, e-bikes, etc.This "true wireless charging" is achieved through the seamless integration of Radio Frequency (RF) power transfer and intelligent software systems.Role OverviewAs an RF & Software Systems Technician at Elssway, you will play a vital role in the engineering and field operations teams, focusing on hands-on testing, precise installation, and ongoing maintenance of our advanced wireless EV charging systems. This position demands expertise in RF systems and software integration, coupled with strong problem-solving skills in both lab and field environments. You will directly contribute to deploying revolutionary technology that is transforming electric mobility.Key Responsibilities

System Installation & Configuration: Install Elssway's wireless EV charging infrastructure, including RF power transmission components and integrated software systems.
Configure and troubleshoot charging station software and network connections.
Testing & Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of RF and software combining systems in lab and field settings.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to wireless power transfer, and integrated software.
Field Operations & Support: Site surveys, installations, maintenance, and support for ongoing trials. Perform preventative maintenance (inspections, software updates).
Documentation & Reporting: Generate clear, accurate technical reports and service documentation for installations, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in testing and installation of RF (Radio Frequency) and software combining systems.
Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meter).
Strong practical experience in electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively in both laboratory and diverse field settings, including outdoor conditions.
Proven experience in generating clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical reports.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical approach to technical challenges.
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field assignments.
