A successful cybersecurity company is developing cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast organizational communication. The company's mission is to reduce IT complexities by consolidating communication and security capabilities into a single cloud platform, increasing efficiency and speed in security processes while lowering operational costs.Their comprehensive enterprise communication solution bridges the gap between digital business needs and the costly, slow, and inflexible networks of traditional telecom providers, leveraging a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.Located in Tel Aviv within walking distance of the train station, the company operates a hybrid work model with two remote days per week. The global workforce numbers approximately 900 employees, about half based in Israel.About the role-

Work as part of a team developing Asset Management products within the company's security portfolio
Conduct research and analysis of network and application behavior to enhance security features
Contribute to products including NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall), CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), device management, and more
Utilize technologies such as Wireshark, Kibana, Elastic Stack, Python, IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), Firewall solutions, and IoT security tools
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and security capabilities
The tech stack includes Wireshark, Kibana, Elastic, Python, IPS, Firewall, and IoT technologies

Requirements-

5+ years of hands-on experience in the cyber/security/network industry
Knowledge of networking architecture, OSI model, and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP)
Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python
Experience with SQL or data analysis tools
Experience (Hands-on) with Wireshark and PCAP analysis or similar tools
Define a thesis and validate it based on in-depth analysis and technical facts
