A leading cybersecurity company is looking for a Team Lead to head its Software Architecture team.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior software architect with a strong development background, deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and cloud technologies, who is ready to take on a strategic leadership role.Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software architects
Own the architectural roadmap and ensure alignment with business and R&D strategy
Drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and hands-on POCs
Collaborate with R&D leadership and cross-functional engineering teams
Promote engineering excellence, security, scalability, and best practices
Ensure architectural consistency across products and teams

Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience leading architects or senior engineers
Strong expertise in system architecture and design patterns
Hands-on experience with AWS (GCP/Azure is a plus)
Background in networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, VPNs) - advantage
Proven experience designing scalable microservice-based systems
Experience with full-stack development: backend, frontend, and databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English - written and spoken
