- Direct team management - Lead and oversee a team of four operations professionals working in shifts.
- Performance analytics & optimization - Conduct ongoing performance analyses, generate insights, and create data-driven optimization strategies.
- Reporting & dashboards - Develop and manage dashboards that track key operational KPIs, ensuring continuous efficiency improvements.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, acquisition channels, and conversion effectiveness.
- Operational oversight - Monitor and ensure proper handling of inbound leads, phone call responses, and process adherence.
- Strategic planning - Identify bottlenecks, assess operational issues, and present weekly reports on performance trends and potential inefficiencies.
- Process improvement - Implement new data-driven workflows to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Business impact & leadership - Provide continuous operational feedback to management, ensuring challenges and inefficiencies are flagged and addressed proactively.
- Real-time task delegation - Assign daily tasks based on data insights, ensuring workload distribution aligns with operational needs.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in an Operations Management role within a sales-driven or call center organization.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with BI & dashboard tools - familiarity with Looker Studio, Salesforce, CRM systems, and Excel.
- Experience in sales operations, lead management, and call center processes.
- Excellent business acumen - ability to optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams.
