You will partner closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and automated foundation for internal IT services and platforms. - Design, implement, and maintain secure access patterns across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Alibaba).
- Manage IAM policies, SSO integrations, and role-based access controls across multi-cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
- Support and administer AWS resources including EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and VPC configurations.
- Automate repetitive cloud and IT administrative tasks using Python and PowerShell scripting.
- Support day-to-day administration of on-premise infrastructure.
- Manage virtual environments using VMware ESXi and vCenter, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer networking components such as switches, routers, firewalls etc.
- Conduct hardware provisioning, installation, maintenance, and upgrades as required.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to physical and virtual servers, storage, and networking.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise SaaS environments including Office 365, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), and identity platforms like Genea.
- Ensure optimal performance, user provisioning, policy compliance, and access management across productivity and collaboration tools.
- Build and maintain automation scripts to support internal operations, security tasks, and IT service delivery pipelines.
- Monitor infrastructure and SaaS usage via Cisco Umbrella for anomalies, usage trends, and cost control.
- Develop and enforce automation guardrails aligned with IT and security standards.
- Partner with Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams to define and enforce access and monitoring policies.
- Participate in incident response efforts, access reviews, audit preparations, and compliance workflows.
- Contribute to internal IT policies and procedures around cloud usage, asset management, and SaaS hygiene.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration or Cloud Infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3), plus exposure to GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Python and PowerShell scripting for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with SSO, IAM, and SaaS policy enforcement in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Office 365, Jira/Confluence, Bitbucket, Genea, Umbrella.
- Solid understanding of access control, SaaS security models, identity federation, and SASE principles (ideally with Cato Networks familiarity).
- Experience administering or integrating monitoring tools and cloud visibility solutions.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
- Exposure to modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
