- Manage a few accounts, enterprise and SMBs.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support client renewals.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for internal teams.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships.
- Align clients' needs with internal team delivery and track performance.
- Report on sprint progress and client account health.
- 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and CRM platforms.
- Client-facing experience preferred
- English - At a good level to communicate our US team
