A global American company develops life-saving medical equipment, creating advanced monitors that track clinical patient metrics with high precision. The Israeli branch operates like a startup, with a close-knit and friendly atmosphere, employing 50 people.The office is located in Tel Aviv near a train line, with a hybrid work model allowing two days of remote work per week.The position reports to the Development Director based in Tel Aviv and manages a team of three engineers two in Israel and one in the U.S. with potential team growth by one to two additional members.Role Description:

Translate the new platform development plan into actionable tasks and goals for the team.
Ensure project deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
Provide training, technical support, and continuous guidance to team members.
Represent the team in cross-functional collaboration with other departments and development teams.
Participate in global meetings and calls to align on project progress and objectives.
Design and implement hardware-software interfaces for multidisciplinary systems.
Perform both high-level and low-level embedded development using C++ on Linux.
Work extensively with microcontrollers in an embedded systems environment.

Requirements:

Degree in Software Engineering.
Significant experience with C++ - required.
Experience working with Linux.
At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead
