- Community: Be the heartbeat of our Discord and online community. Start conversations, spotlight creators, and run regular events that build real connection.
- Social Media: Manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X accounts. Publish posts, reshare creator content, and grow our social presence with a voice that's distinctly Weavy.
- Content Creation: Write short-form content for posts, emails, and creator spotlights.
- User Engagement: Build personal relationships with high-potential users. Connect with them directly, gather feedback, and help shape how we show up in the world.
- Operational Backbone: Track campaigns, manage the content calendar, and help make sure nothing slips through the cracks. We're a small team - your ideas matter, and so does your follow-through.
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media or online communities - ideally in the design, creative tech, or GenAI space.
- Native-level English with strong writing skills. You'll be expected to craft clear, engaging messages using your own voice.
- Comfort with AI tools - you should have hands-on experience using AI in your daily work, whether through creative platforms, LLMs, or workflow automation tools.
- A people person with a builder's mindset. You're curious, warm, and proactive about forming meaningful relationships with creators.
- Sharp eye for content, culture, and creators. You spot trends early and know how to engage with the right ones.
- Bonus: background in design or visual storytelling, or experience building creator communities from the ground up.
