We are proud of our entrepreneurial spirit and the powerful impact we make.What You'll Do:● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall strategy.● Oversee and manage recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes and conducting interviews.● Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs● Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions● Administer and manage employees' salaries and benefits, including employment forms, timecards, payroll, vacation and sick leave, pensions and savings plans.● Maintain employee records and ensure they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.● Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance reviews, conflict resolution and disciplinary action when needed.● Plan and help execute productive and fun HR activities throughout the year.● Review the organization's HR policies and revise where needed.Who You Are:● Relevant Bachelor's degree● 3+ years of relevant HR experience● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal requirements● Mother-tongue level English and Hebrew a must● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees● Highly detail-oriented, organized and structured● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion● Able to learn and apply company protocols and policies with a strong work ethicWe live by our core values.
