- Lead and mentor engineering Team Leads, tech leads, and architects to achieve their potential and deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and strategic goals.
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to align engineering efforts with company objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project and operational success.
- Attract, retain, and grow top engineering talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and inclusion.
- Drive engineering excellence with a focus on quality, scalability, resilience, and automation.
- Champion a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement-driven culture.
- 3+ years of experience in managing multiple teams and leading engineering managers or team leads.
- Experience in Network Security and Cyber Security - Must
- Experience in building enterprise grade products - Must
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Experience in building core / Infra components or alternatively filled a tech lead position in previous roles
- Self-learner - Ability to take on new technologies (and there are many!), research, and implement new solutions.
- Practical experience in computer networking - Must
- Experience in Windows / Linux (Agent) development - Advantage
- Experience with on-premises systems or Saas platforms - Advantage
- Knowledge of OT and Industrial networks or devices - Advantage
