- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of technical and ‘go to market’ roles.
- Partner with hiring managers (locally and globally) to define hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse tools and channels.
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database.
- Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve processes.
- Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a global Hi-tech company, leading the recruitment processes.
- Proven success in leading end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and networks.
- Proficiency in HR interviews and assessing technical roles/skills.
- Experience working with ATS (e.g., Spark-Hire Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
- Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
