Compliance and Certification Specialist

- Lead and manage the end-to-end process of achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 27001, ENS, SOC 2, and others as required.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an internal compliance framework in line with relevant standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; act as the primary liaison with auditors and certification bodies.
- Identify gaps and risks in existing processes and implement necessary improvements.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and policies required for certification and audit readiness.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments and ensure organizational alignment with new requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, HR, and other departments to ensure integrated compliance efforts.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or information security roles with a strong focus on ISO, SOC 2, or other relevant standards.
- Proven track record in leading successful certification or recertification processes.
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ENS, and related frameworks.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech-focused organization.
- Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
