Mesh is paving the way for seamless corporate Travel & Expense management, and our journey is gaining momentum.We are searching for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our product design team.This is a high-impact role - you will own one of the most strategic domains in the company and play a key part in shaping the product experience for our users.In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations - from early prototypes to final implementation across both web and mobile platforms.You will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.What will you do?

Be responsible for the UX/UI for one of the company's most strategic domains
Understand product specifications and user needs to design new features and take concepts through to production
Design Mesh's applications across platforms (responsive web, mobile, communications, reports)
Define the right interaction models and evaluate their success
Stay current with competitor products and industry trends
Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions to inform your designs

What you should have:

5+ years of proven experience designing web applications, mobile products, and complex platforms (B2B)
Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture
Proficient in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with B2B products - FinTech, Travel, or SaaS is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
High level of English - written and spoken
Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - an advantage
