Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team.
Foster a strong product culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and customer empathy.

Process & Execution

Introduce and scale structured product management processes, including discovery, planning, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, OKRs, etc.).
Drive operational rigor and transparency in the inbound product development cycle.

Strategic Alignment

Translate Driivz's company strategy, product goals, and customer needs into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
Establish clear, repeatable workflows for managing product requirements from ideation through development.
Implement structured processes to ensure consistent planning, prioritization, and execution of product requirements from customers (CRs), strategy (Roadmap) and product quality (technological debt).

Product Performance Management

Define and monitor product KPIs, setting measurable goals for feature adoption, customer impact, and business value.
Continuously assess product-market fit and adjust roadmap priorities accordingly.

Customer-Centric Innovation

Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle. Include customer Change Requests and customer specific requirements into the backlog.

Requirements:

10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in mobility, energy, or infrastructure domains.
5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling product teams.
Deep understanding of Agile product development and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of electric mobility.
