We're a fast-growing AdTech company operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and performance marketing. We're looking for a sharp, independent Media Buyer with proven experience in Search Arbitrage and high-scale media buying.What you'll do:Run and optimize large-scale campaigns on platforms like Google AFS (must), Facebook, Yahoo Native, Snapchat, Taboola, and OutbrainAnalyze performance and improve campaign ROI across channelsDevelop media buying strategies, A/B testing frameworks, and new opportunitiesCollaborate with data and tech teams to build performance-driven solutionsTake ownership and lead future growth initiatives - team leadership potential for the right candidateWhat we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage - a must
Deep knowledge of Facebook media buying strategies
Proven experience managing high-scale budgets (well into six figures monthly) in performance-driven environments
Independent, proactive, and data-driven mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading processes and the ability to scale a media operation
