Inspire and Lead: Mentor and manage team leaders and software engineers, cultivating a balanced and supportive environment where everyone can excel.
Talent Magnet: Recruit, hire, retain, and mentor top engineering talent, continuously enhancing team capabilities and deliverables.
Visionary Leadership: Shape our engineering culture, vision, and cross-department processes.
Architectural Excellence: Evaluate architectural options, contribute to solution design, set technical direction and quality standards, and oversee implementation.
Drive Accountability: Ensure product delivery, quality, and timelines are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Scale for Success: Own team scalability, meeting growth demands through effective planning and recruitment.
Innovative Development: Plan and develop new user-facing products and features, building robust and scalable software components and services.

Requirements

Leadership Prowess: Proven experience as a VP R&D in startups, Head of R&D or Director of Engineering, with extensive experience managing individuals, teams, and projects.
Problem-Solving Attitude: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive "I can move a mountain" approach.
Technical Expertise: Over 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack developer, including proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of web application development lifecycle and best practices.
Framework Creator: Experience in creating frameworks and APIs is an advantage.
