Lead backend development of new features and bug fixes for high-impact applications.
Collaborate on solution design, from concept to production.
Work in Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver high-quality code.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment efficiency.
Work with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL/SQL Server).
Deploy and manage microservices in cloud/on-prem environments (OCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
Support event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and system performance.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Spring Boot (mandatory).
Proven DevOps background - CI/CD processes, build & deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL/SQL Server).
Strong understanding of microservices principles and event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with application infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Strong ownership, responsibility, and passion for making an impact.

Nice to Have

Experience with Windows-based environments.
Background in improving developer experience and accelerating delivery pipelines.
