One year ago, we launched Book by Anyone - a product that lets customers create personalized, AI-generated books as humorous gifts. Over the past year, we've sold more than 250,000 books, mainly in the US, UK, and Canada, and received thousands of amazing responses from customers who truly loved the product (we even got featured by the BBC!).We are seeking an intelligent and hardworking individual to join our marketing team. No prior marketing experience is required - just curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for video content and digital advertising. You will play a crucial role in helping us grow 10x through great ads and media management.What you'll do:

Review and select hundreds of content creators monthly, identifying the top creators who align with our brand.
Write clear, effective creative briefs to guide content creators.
Manage video editors (and occasionally edit videos yourself) to produce great ads every week.
Test and optimize ad performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Manage and analyze advertising budgets, ensuring maximum performance.

Who You Are:

Passionate about video, social media, and paid advertising.
Strong analytical thinker
Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and budget management.
Exceptional English
Hardworking and passionate about growing a business 10x through great marketing
Bonus 1: Hold a university degree in a good discipline like Law, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science
Bonus 2: Served in an elite unit in the army
