We are looking for a talented and experienced Hands-On Automation Team Leader to join our growing quality department, leading both automation framework and automation tests efforts.🚀 The Impact You Will Have

Lead the process of defining, designing, and maintaining our automation framework solutions.
You will take an active part in building and maintaining testing frameworks and automated test cases to ensure a successful deployment across the company's SaaS and On-Prem components.
Perform hands-on testing and framework automation.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and providing technical leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing with the team members.
Analyze requirements specifications, devise tests accordingly, and conduct automation test execution.
Working intensively with multiple R&D and product teams.

🧬 What Sets You Apart

2+ years of experience as an automation team lead
At least 4 years of experience as an automation developer of complex systems
Hands-on coding experience in the Python programming language.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in setting up automation infrastructure from scratch and integrating it into a CI/CD pipeline.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Experience in the cybersecurity domain and computer networking is a significant advantage.
A team player with a “Can-Do” approach.
