- Identifying, engaging, and activating passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Facebook, professional forums, and networking groups.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a timely and efficient manner.
- Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand role requirements.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to continuously improve efficiency.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and goals.
- Maintaining an active presence in professional communities and across social media platforms.
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience, either in-house or at an agency (combination is an advantage).
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, etc.).
- Proven experience in identifying high-quality candidates for technical and/or strategic roles.
- Experience conducting phone interviews and initial candidate screenings.
- Creative thinker with the ability to proactively source passive candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
- Positive, proactive, and resilient with high attention to detail and self-organization.
