IsraelResponsibilities::We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer for a full-time position (hybrid work mode: 2 days WFH) to take on a key role of developing and maintaining a wide range of technical documentation for our cybersecurity software products. Someone who is autonomous and who is not afraid to take initiative and expand on their defined scope or role. Someone who is diligent and professional as well as highly personable and approachable with a “can-do” approach.You will join the technical documentation team which is under the umbrella the Product Management group. The product management group is close-knit and highly-collaborative and includes the Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and of course the technical documentation team.What can you expect to be doing?You will be taking on the significant role of implement working knowledge and initiating cross-functional collaborations to continuously evaluate and enhance existing documentation and applicable tools to take documentation usability to the next level. This includes the following:Working closely with the Product Managers, R&D, technical account & support managers, customer success, training teams, and other SMEsto solicit the technical information, requirements, and specifications during all phases of development and to effectively and conciselydocument the relevant instructions/procedures for multiple projectsPreparing and maintaining multiple documentation projects as well as monitor and control project statusesParticipating in product demos and review meetings.Initiating and managing the end-to-end review and approval process for all content development from draft phase to completion to meetmilestone timelines.Analyzing and review existing content to identify opportunities for efficient re-use of content to as well as collaborate with SMEs to furtherenhance and improve on consistency and accuracy of all technical documentationIdentifying and predict customer needs to facilitate reduced support cases through self-serve support provided via the documentationWhy Work With Us::At Deep Instinct we offer a sense of purpose and are committed to creating a culture that encourages collaboration and inspires creativity. We have some of the most industrious, committed, trailblazing people working with and for us, that all share an unwavering determination to achieve unequivocal success.Minimum of five years of technical writing experience in the software fieldFluency in oral and written communication in EnglishExperience using xml/HTML single-sourcing HAT/CCMS authoring tools as well as proficiency in MS Word, and Adobe & PhotoshopplatformsDemonstrated ability to comprehend and to simplify complex technical proceduresSelf-directed with end-to-end project management capabilities, able to identify and prioritize deliverables and timelines independently.Proficient in managing all phases of the documentation development, review, and approval process up to finalization.Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects in an environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to consult with subject matter experts fromengineering, support, and product management.Ability to efficiently and thoroughly address feedback on published content from both customers and internal support representativesIn-depth knowledge and understanding of how to analyze source data (e.g., Engineering specs and requirements) and retrieve the relevantinformationAdvantage:Previous professional experience in a similar role in either a startup or corporate environmentPrevious experience in a cybersecurity company
