- Create and present compelling demonstrations that clearly communicate Cymbio's unique solutions and benefits
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cymbio's platform and competitors to position our solutions effectively
- Identify client pain points and requirements, tailoring technical solutions to meet their goals.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing client questions on integrations, APIs, and sales channel workflows
- Oversee all technical aspects of RFP and RFI responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Partner with Sales to ensure the successful closure of deals by addressing technical challenges and objections.
- Effectively communicate the brand's needs & feedback to the product teams for future product enhancements
- Collect, analyze, and document competitive insights to maintain a strategic advantage.
- 3-4 years of experience as Pre-Sales/Tech Project Manager for B2B SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with APIs, EDIs, XMLs, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, PIMs, and WMS solutions - an advantage
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - an advantage
- Problem solver, who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- English - written and verbal - native speaker level - a must
- Work well both independently and collaboratively as a strong team member and adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
- A team player with a can-do attitude
