Full ownership of product and service development processes in the advanced payments domain, from ideation to go-live
Needs analysis, scoping, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and structured work planning (Gantt)
Leading discussions with existing and potential business partners to establish and strengthen strategic collaborations based on new products
Competitive landscape analysis, monitoring local and global trends, and benchmarking against leading international products

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree - mandatory
At least one year of experience in product management or project management - mandatory
Experience working with business partners
Experience in large organizations and in leading cross-functional initiatives - an advantage
Experience in the financial sector (payments, credit) - an advantage
Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong motivation
Ability to manage multiple tasks with structured and prioritized work plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong logical and analytical thinking for complex problem solving
Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
