We believe the future will run on the connective tissue between people, machines and data: all in the service of creating the most human processes and experiences for customers and employees.**Job Description**As a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) in the Quality Engineering team, you will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Python / Java / Golang / C to validate product functionality and stability. Your role includes developing comprehensive test strategies, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end quality across development and release cycles. You will also collaborate closely with global teams and take a hands-on approach in driving quality throughout the development lifecycle.Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python / Java/ Golang for web-based and backend systems
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage
Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to ensure testability and quality from the start
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing Kubernetes clusters on these platforms is an added advantage
Monitor test results, identify root causes, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
Execute regression, smoke, and post-release validation across environments
Own test cases from planning through execution and reporting

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and execute automation test activities
Maintain and enhance automated test suites and frameworks
Ensure continuous integration of test cases with CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve test coverage goals
Monitor test execution and analyze results to ensure quality deliverables
Take ownership of the automation process and suggest improvements
Support the broader QA team in scaling test strategies for performance and reliability
Share best practices and help grow test automation maturity across the team

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
1-2 Years of hands om experience in QA automation
Strong proficiency in coding - python or C / Golang / java
Demonstrated knowledge of testing / usage of one or more of the following: server performance, API interfaces, databases, file systems, operating systems, network performance and storage
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
Proactive, self-driven, and a quick learner

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr)
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
Sound knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
