Lead DevOps Architect

• Managing and leading a team of architects, including professional mentoring and personal development
• Leading technological projects and DevOps architecture initiatives
• Overseeing design in an environment with multiple technologies and interfaces
• Acting as a senior technical authority, responsible for drafting and approving technical DevOps documents for company projects
• Collaborating with development, IT, and security teams to enhance integration and system stability

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading technical teams
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps
• Proficiency in Kubernetes
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools, including Terraform, Ansible
• Experience in cloud and on-premises environments
• Security clearance – a major advantage
