- Review and moderate chatbot content to ensure compliance with platform policies and
- Evaluate and analyze chatbot responses, ensuring clarity, contextual accuracy, and adherence
- Identify and flag inappropriate or misleading chatbot interactions that could violate policy
- Ensure adherence to content moderation and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve flagged chatbot issues.
- Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with chatbot-generated content, including possible exposure to
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
