Applift is looking for an experienced UX-UI designer for a dedicated work force which includes UX-UI designers, product analysts and content managers as well as a team of full stack developers. Your Day-to-Day Role

Lead UX/UI design for new and existing SaaS/web app features.
Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into great user experiences.
Own the full design process: from wireframes and prototypes to final assets.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation (no coding needed).
Improve and maintain our design system.
Iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Motivated, curious, and fluent in English.

Technical Requirements

2+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, mobile, or SaaS products.
Solid experience with design systems and tools like: Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Technical Advantage

Experience with: After Effects, Premier, Framer, Midjourney, Dall-e, Webflow
Understanding of product management or dev workflows
Experience with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Monday.com
User research, content writing, or digital marketing skills
Basic frontend/backend dev experience
