You can find out more about eToro here .We are looking for a tech-savvy Data Analyst to support the development of infrastructure and analytics that ensure regulatory compliance and provide valuable insights to guide the business.This position is ideal for data professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges with purpose and precision. You'll work closely with various compliance & regulation stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and insights that meet the evolving demands of fast-paced global financial regulation.**What do we do?**We design, develop, and maintain our end-to-end compliance analytics infrastructure: from building robust BI pipelines and transformation processes, to developing insightful dashboards, and delivering strategic analysis and presentations to senior management.Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer or a similar role.
Superb proficiency in SQL, with an understanding of its technical aspects.
Knowledge of Python for data analytics. You must have the willingness and ability to learn independently if not already proficient.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Advantage: experience with Databricks Platform.
Advantage: experience with Microsoft Azure Data Lake.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Most importantly: a can-do attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
