About us:Company is a successful, international scale-up in the LegalTech space, with the largest international community of IP professionals. Company provides tech-enabled, high-quality, streamlined services to clients who are primarily law firms and large corporations.Responsibilities:The global IP industry is complex and changing at an ever increasing pace. We seek to create a new platform for global collaboration between Innovative Corporates, Law Firms specializing in IP and IP Professionals all around the world. The Vice President of Product, will play a critical role in helping develop this vision and execute it.This is a senior leadership role in optimizing the value of current and future products. Working closely with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success and of course R&D. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate strategic vision into tactical action, identify the highest impact ideas and plans and focus efforts to communicate recommendations effectively to senior executives.Company is looking for a reliable VP Product who will organize product development and ensure high ROI. Duties will include translating ideas into strategy and features, and following product development from start to finish.Requirements:

4+ years' experience of working as a manager
10+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager
Proven experience in UX design with ability to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale according to modern best-practices
Experience collaborating with agile development teams and handling a backlog
Experience working on or leading enterprise/business-to-business products
Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
Experience in R&D: While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with a background in software development.
