Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to final UI
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that simplify complex workflows
Design data-rich dashboards and interfaces for active traders
Collaborate closely with product and development teams
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI
Hands on experience leveraging design systems as part of the full process
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience designing for complex systems or data-heavy interfaces - a plus
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have: experience with fintech or trading platforms
