We are looking for an experienced Angular Tech Lead to join our team and take a central role in leading front-end development efforts. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Angular and a background in infrastructure-level development who is also comfortable taking technical ownership and guiding others.What You'll Do:

Lead the development of web-based applications using modern versions of Angular
Take responsibility for building and maintaining core front-end infrastructure
Set development standards and ensure high code quality across the team
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to plan and deliver features
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
Identify and solve technical challenges, and help improve overall development processes

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular (preferably version 12+)
Hands-on experience in infrastructure-level work: reusable components, libraries, architecture, etc.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and scalable front-end application design
Experience in technical leadership: code reviews, planning, architecture, mentoring
Independent, reliable, and a team player
Bonus: familiarity with testing, performance optimization, or CI/CD pipelines
