At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
Proven ability to design scalable systems and work with microservices.
Experience in architecting complex, data-driven systems – strong advantage.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React – an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and code quality orientation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
