- Monitor and report on revenue, billing metrics, and key financial data
- Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing financial information and identifying root causes
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, BI and Data teams to support monthly and quarterly close processes
- Provide accurate finance-related support to internal teams and external vendors
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate billing and financial workflows
- Prepare invoices, financial summaries, and reports for stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant documentation requirements
Requirements: - Advanced Excel skills - including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
- Strong English skills - written, verbal, and reading comprehension
- High level of numerical accuracy and analytical thinking
- Experience with financial systems and ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce) - a strong advantage
- Familiarity with invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting processes
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
