We're looking for a hands-on professional to manage and maintain our security systems and IT infrastructure. This hybrid role combines SecOps responsibilities with IT Security Administration, including operational management of security tools and broader infrastructure support.Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage security systems: VPN, EDR, SIEM, MDM, ZTNA, Entra ID
Maintain IT infrastructure: user accounts, permissions, servers, networks
Monitor SIEM systems, investigate security incidents, and perform forensic analysis
Implement security tools and processes from early development stages
Provide fast and effective technical support to internal and external clients
Integrate security solutions into existing IT infrastructure
Work with F5 systems - minimum 2 years of experience required

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT and security systems operations
Strong familiarity with Entra ID (Microsoft's modern Active Directory)
Good English - both spoken and written
Residence in the central region of Israel
Availability for occasional off-hours support
