Your main objectives will be automating operations, maintaining production systems, managing scalable web applications, and implementing stringent security measures. In your day-to-day you will:Build multi data-center architecture with hundreds of serversQuickly identify and resolve infrastructural bugsGet a chance to work with virtually all aspects of our rapidly-developing infrastructureDrive the success of our systems' advancements, cooperating with the development, support and QA teamsLeverage technologies like Kubernetes, GKE, Python or Golang, Linux, shell scripting, Github Actions, ArgoCD and Terraform to achieve goalsQualifications3+ years of DevOps experienceProficiency in Python or GolangSolid understanding of Kubernetes, GKE and EKS and shell scriptingStrong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, network security and NATExperience with CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana or Victoria Metrics agentExcellent problem-solving, teamwork and adaptability skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAdditional InformationWix's Media Platform team manages an immense global media infrastructure, handling the storage, delivery, and optimization of millions of images and videos for all Wix websites.
