For an exciting new financial product, we're looking for a sharp, motivated, and hands-on individual to lead its development from the ground up.This is a key role and an amazing opportunity to jump into the world of digital products, move fast, and grow along a dynamic company. In this role you will take real ownership, manage workflows, and gain experience across product, operations, and strategy.If you love to get things done, handle many moving parts, and work in a fast, dynamic environment - come to be a part of us!What you'll do:

Be part of launching a new digital financial product from scratch.
Manage end-to-end tasks and workflows across product, content, design, operations, and development.
Track execution, manage timelines, and make sure things move forward.
Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
Help shape internal processes and bring structure where needed.
Work closely with leadership and be a driving force behind the day-to-day.

What we're looking for:

Independent, highly organized, and self-motivated professional approach.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - required.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields - required
English at a high level, both spoken and written - required.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Interest in finance/trading/investing - strong advantage.
No formal experience needed - but background in leading projects, operations, or digital work is a plus.
