We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product. If you are passionate about detailed testing strategies, identifying potential issues early, and improving quality processes in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!In this role, you'll collaborate closely with R&D teams to design test plans, execute test cases, and document issues. You will drive quality assurance best practices, ensuring our product consistently exceeds expectations.Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize test plans for new and existing features.
Develop and maintain detailed test case documentation.
Conduct manual testing across platforms: Web, Android, and iOS.
Perform exploratory and regression testing to uncover issues.
Investigate and analyze production issues, using logs to trace and resolve problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth integrations.
Address and monitor customer-reported issues in real time, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on manual testing.
Experience in cross-platform testing: Web, Android, and iOS.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proven ability to write and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
Experience investigating and resolving production issues using logs and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
