If you love mixing creativity with strategy and making an impact, you'll fit right in.**Job Description**Riverside is hiring a technically skilled Webflow Developer to build and optimize our marketing site. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Design to implement high-performance, responsive pages with conversion in mind. The role requires hands-on work with Webflow CMS, custom code integrations, and performance monitoring. Expect to develop and maintain scalable, standards-compliant infrastructure that delivers fast, polished user experiences. You'll lead web implementation with an eye for design precision, speed, and reliability.Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a web developer (in-house, agency, or freelance), specifically with Webflow
Proficiency with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.
Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite; understands brand consistency
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines and execute under pressure
Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites
Bonus: SEO knowledge, WordPress skills, and video/motion design experience
