Our BI team supports every decision - from feature design to marketing spend, by delivering reliable models, dashboards and pipelines that turn raw data into actionable insights.We're looking for a hands-on BI Team Leader to own our end-to-end BI stack. Lead a team of BI Engineers in designing, building and operating the data platform powering all analytics and reporting. You'll own ETL/ELT pipelines, warehouse architecture, infrastructure best practices and cross-team enablement.Key Responsibilities

Hands-on design and implementation of dimensional data models, ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt), and data production processes.
Build and maintain core Tableau dashboards and reporting layers for cross-functional stakeholders.
Own data-pipeline reliability: monitoring, alerting and SLAs.
Define and enforce team workflows: version control (Git), CI/CD for dbt projects, code reviews, documentation standards and sprint cadence.
Drive timely execution: prioritize backlog, track deliverables, and ensure all projects meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Establish data-quality frameworks and best practices for data testing, lineage and governance.
Optimize performance of dbt models and Tableau data extracts to balance freshness and cost.

Requirements:

5+ years in BI or data-engineering roles, with at least 2 years leading engineers.
Deep expertise in dbt (data modeling), SQL, and building production data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
Strong software-engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation.
Proven track record of delivering BI projects on time, with SLAs.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable driving consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to define and scale team methodologies in an agile environment.
Experience in gaming or other high-velocity consumer-tech environments. - adventage
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
