• Lead and manage the affiliate’s Quality Assurance operations.
• Maintain and control quality systems aligned with Abbott’s global procedures and local regulations.
• Ensure QA policies and procedures are current and compliant.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs related to the Affiliate Quality System.
• Oversee validation processes and approve master validation plans and protocols.
• Manage customer complaints and NC/CAPA systems using designated IT platforms.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and inspections.
• Provide QA oversight for warehouse, distributor, and TPM operations.
• Responsible for local product release and disposition.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in line with divisional policies.

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Pharmacy, Science, or a medical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA within the Nutrition or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GDP and GMP is beneficial.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Hebrew language - native, English – fluent
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop team member/s.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
