- Leading product strategy and vision, making key product decisions, and serving as the primary product voice for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Defining and owning a multi-quarter product roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Breaking down high-level initiatives into epics, user stories, and actionable requirements (PRDs, mock-ups, acceptance criteria).
- Analyzing quantitative metrics (usage data, retention curves, funnel reports) and qualitative feedback to steer prioritization.
- Owning delivery timelines, tracking dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks to deliver against product milestones and business objectives.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, data, sales, CS, and operations to unblock development, ensure timely deliveries, and drive product success.
- Launch planning and enablement: working with marketing and sales to craft positioning, collateral, and training.
- Monitoring post-launch performance against KPIs (activation, retention, revenue) and iterating quickly.
- Doing whatever it takes to make the product successful - juggling priorities, trade-offs, and ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- You've 6+ years as a Product Manager for B2B software, with at least 3 years in a senior product role and a track record of scaling startups from seed stage to Series B and beyond.
- You have experience building and scaling product teams, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-growth environments.
- You're comfortable presenting to enterprise prospects and customers, with the ability to articulate complex technical capabilities in business terms.
- You've successfully shipped data-driven features end-to-end: from discovery through design, engineering, and launch.
- You're fluent in Agile/Scrum: writing clear user stories, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and managing backlogs.
- You're highly analytical: skilled with SQL or product analytics tools to extract insights and inform decisions.
- You excel at stakeholder management-building alignment across engineering, design, sales, and executives.
- You're a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who can craft compelling PRDs and engage customer advisory panels.
- You bring a growth mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a bias for action in a fast-paced startup environmen.
