- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular client check-ins & assess client health levels
- Raise any potential issues with assigned accounts in Executive meetings
- Handle retention processes for assigned accounts
- Identify & handle expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with the Service team to ensure successful delivery & client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday, etc.)
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships
- Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving orientation
