Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Lead

- Lead and execute recruitment efforts across all departments: sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, HR Operations, employee relations, offboarding
- Build and maintain HR processes, policies & templates, internal documentation, and HR reporting
- Handle payroll processes: work directly with the payroll accountant, ensure accurate salary updates, employment changes, and all payroll-related activities
- Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and leadership
- Support managers with employee development, performance processes, and organizational needs
- Drive People-related initiatives: talent development, evaluation & retention efforts, internal communications
- Ensure full confidentiality and professionalism in all People Operations activities
- 5+ years of proven experience leading recruitment activities & efforts across diverse departments in an A-round start-up, or a similar-sized
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading HR processes without heavy support structures
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring for roles across R&D, GTM, and G&A
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across LinkedIn, social platforms, and ATS tools
- High EQ, trustworthiness, and a people-first mindset
- Strong, hands-on operational experience managing full HR processes independently
- Solid experience in handling payroll processes, working directly with payroll providers or accountants
- Proven experience working directly with executives and C-level
- Ability to handle high-speed, dynamic, changing environments
- Native-level Hebrew and excellent English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
